Well i know this sounds like im throwing shade at Rita but it raises a very good point

In short yes and no. obviously genetics are going to play a factor here. Every human is built different and every human responds to their environment differently. Maybe these people are better at understanding their hunger signals? I dont know, only they know and can answer this.
