Your NYE resolution will fail
I’m literally writing this while my puppy is peeing on the floor. Don’t judge me.
Every January, it’s the same story. Everyone’s super pumped about their new goals and resolutions. They’re buying big-ass planners, mapping out their entire life, and buying all the self-help books. They’ll forget about them before the month is over.
In Crossfit, it’s like hearing how someone's new shoes will make them faster. Everyone’s showing off their fresh start and posting about how this time will be different. But we both know what happens next: Soon enough, it’s back to the same old patterns.
Except for that one person who always posts motivational quotes yet never leaves their house. Here’s the thing—most people fail because they try to change EVERYTHING at once. It’s like trying to learn coding by starting with building a video game.
Spoiler alert: It doesn’t end well.
The people who actually succeed aren’t making big dramatic announcements. They’re quietly making small, sustainable changes that stick.
Why do most diets fail? Because they’re about as sustainable as my girlfriend's short-lived obsession with steam cleaning. Started hot and heavy, and ended in disappointment.
But what if this time could be different?
What if instead of another stupid diet, you could find a method that actually works for YOUR lifestyle?
If you’re tired of the diet roller coaster and ready for something that actually works long-term, I might be able to help. I’m taking on a few new clients who want to make2025 the time they finally figure this stuff out.
